Glenn is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist with nearly 20 years forecasting experience. He joined the ABC 4 weather team in August 2011.
Glenn's career has taken him across much of the United States. Blizzards in Michigan, hurricanes in Florida and North Carolina, flooding in West Virginia and severe thunderstorms in Ohio, Glenn has had the opportunity to forecast them all.
He graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, with a degree in journalism and studied meteorology at Mississippi State University. Glenn is a member of the American Meteorological Society and the National Weather Association and has earned the prestigious broadcast seals of approval from both professional organizations. The seal of approval is given to broadcast meteorologists who display an excellence in presenting their weather program to the viewer.
Glenn’s excited to be in Utah and looking forward to playing some of the state’s gorgeous golf courses and taking in some of the best skiing in the world.
In his free time Glenn often visits schools, he’s developed an interactive weather program that brings the science to life for young students. Contact Glenn is you’re interested in having him speak to your class or organization.
Glenn also loves baseball and cooking and is arguably the Ohio Bobcats biggest fan. Glenn and his wife Tennille live in Draper with their two sons.
