Emily Clark is happy to be home reporting at ABC4. She joined the news team in June of 2010. Emily was born in California, raised in Farmington and is a proud Davis Dart. She earned a Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Business in April of 2007. During her education at BYU, she reported and anchored for the college’s Daily News. While in the broadcast department she was awarded the Earl J. Glade award for excellence in journalism. After graduation, Emily headed north to Idaho Falls where she worked at the ABC affiliate KIFI LocalNews8. She spent a few months reporting and then took over as the anchor for the number 1 rated morning news. Soon after joining the morning team, Emily helped to create and launch LocalNews8 at Noon. After its creation she produced and anchored the daily broadcast. Emily was awarded best morning show in the state from the Idaho Press Club. She loved being in Idaho enjoying everything the gem state had to offer and being part of such a wonderful community.
