Dan Metcalf joined ABC 4 in May of 2005 as an associate producer. In February of 2006, Dan became Executive Producer of Online Media for ABC 4 News. Since 2006, Dan has helped transform and manage the ABC4.com web site into one of Utah’s best online news sources. Dan has an Associate’s degree from Salt Lake Community College in general education and print journalism, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah in mass communication, and a Master of Arts degree from Utah State University in political science. Dan has been married for more than 20 years and is the father of 6 children. Dan also serves as film critic for ABC4.com
