Feel free to alter this idea or come up with something totally different. Do not continue with the same old same old, it does not work. SOLVING THE DRUG PROBLEM 1. The government provides drugs for FREE. 2. Drugs available at local clinics with prescriptions for those drugs which now require prescriptions. Some drugs would require an addiction reduction regiment - "gradual reduction in the quantity of drug used." 3. Recreational drugs such as marijuana, would require attendance to an educational program before each dose provided. 4. Housing, food, education, and health care provided if necessary to stop the usage. BENEFITS 1. Lives saved. 2. Trillions of dollars saved by not having to pay for hospital care, cops, jails, lawyers, judges, probation officers, and crimes committed to obtain drugs. 3. More people being productive citizens. Thank you, Robert Evan Howard aclepd.com aclepd@aclepd.com

Thank You ABC4.com for continuing to do stories on the importance of gang and non gang graffiti. It has cost Salt Lake County around a million dollars last year. It is a huge expense to individual cities. To Retired Detective Frank Zeibert and Sandy Sergent Justin Chapman, I applaud your ongoing efforts, and past efforts in dealing with the gang problem and graffiti vandalism issues. I encourage you to continue your work, and applaud you for your efforts with your busy schedules. tmkjusticestudies as seen on policelink.com Utah Independent Gang and Graffiti researcher since 2005 http://www.utahandamericasgangcrisis.blogspot.com “The sooner you get this stuff covered up, the less likely it is the taggers will return. They’ll give up and go away,” he says. That may be the motive behind a new Salt Lake County ordinance that, to the frustration and outrage of many pro0perty owners, requires crime victims to be responsible for cleaning up the mess and even fines those who don’t. Under the new policy, Salt Lake County property owners will get two warnings within the first two weeks of someone spreading graffiti on their buildings or property. Those who don’t get it cleaned up will be slapped with a $250 citation. Police around the Salt Lake Valley say while they feel for the crime victims, they hope the new policy will motivate people to take action against the graffiti vandals. “The more information that’s given to us as law enforcement department, says Sandy Sergeant Justin Chapman, we can share that throughout the city, the valley, and the state to help us identify these individuals and hopefully make arrests that way.”

As one of your fans in RI I want you to know that you are truly missed. I woke up every morning watching you anchor and followed your blog. RI news is not the same without you! Utah is lucky to have you and RI has another big loss. I think I'm going to move. Lol! I know my family and friends will continue to follow your blog. Maybe someday we will get to see that great smile on our stations again. Best wishes.

This has nothing to do with SB81, “Racial Profiling” or anything other then she broke into this country illegally and was caught by US Border Patrol Agents and failed to appear before a Immigration Court Judge. When she was legally stopped by a law enforcement officer he ran her name for warrants a standardized procedure with EVERY law enforcement agency in the US. It returned a hit and she was taken into custody for her warrant. Whats the problem? Should we turn a blind eye to every single law broken by those who are in this country illegally? Should they be treated then everyone who is legally in this country? I think the latino community should wake up and realize although they are welcome in this country, we ONLY welcome them here legally or they can and will be sent back where they are from.

Marcel Here, Great Blog K-man. That reminds me of a similar story that I forgot to tell you about. I was in Vegas the last year the #3 Chevy Monte Carlo was on the track. Ironically the fist race that I have ever attended. Anyways My friends dad told me that the #3 is the man to watch. So being the rookie Nascar fan that I am, I tried to get some pictures of him. Now if you have ever been to a race it’s impossible to take a still pic of objects moving at the speeds of 175-190mph. So all my pics where either to blurry, or half way out of frame. I got lucky; a caution came out, so I walked down to the fence area, and started taking pic's of all my favorite cars, including The #3…. "Got it" Ran back up to my seat and continued to watch the race. Got back to my room, hurried and hooked up my camera to see my pic's.... And every picture that I got of Dale Sr. during that caution had a Bar going right through the middle of the car. Blocking any chance of a good picture of him. “I almost had him!!!” I said to to my friend. So No matter what anybody will say I Really Did See the late Dale Earnhardt Sr. TOO!!! .

...and most kokab888s are tit-heads. Review the U.S. Constitution...*learn* it, LIVE it, love it....or GTFO of the United States. I'll buy your *one-way* ticket out of the country. According to your 'logic' we should set up roadblocks and card each and every person which fits a RACIAL profile...according to you we would be investigating virtually EVERYONE for SOMETHING. You are insane...your views, shared by others, confirm EXACTLY what is WRONG with America....you and your kind have failed to educate yourselves about the nature and purpose of America. Read a book. Drink some coffee....wake TFU!!

Occam, As to the particulars of this case, I don't know enough to comment. But racial profiling is a tool that is just common sense. White males are racially profiled as serial killers, because most serial killers are white males of a particular age range. There's no need to focus on old Latino ladies, for example. Most terrorists are Muslims of Middle Eastern racial extraction, so we can focus on that group instead of little old ladies. It happens to be that most illegal immigrants are of the Latino race (and of Mexican nationality). Let's deal with reality instead of ideal fantasy worlds where race doesn't exist and everyone in the world is a citizen of the USA.

I love your copyright protection note. If I whispered "fire" in a crowded theater, would the person who heard me need permission to repeat my message??
