I am actually Lillian's cousin and I 100% agree with her. I have lost over 100lbs in the past year and the number one thing that helped me do it was that I was in the right mind set and I loved myself. I was happy bigger and now I am also happy thin. The bottom line is that you need to love yourself and not be concerned about the numbers on the scale or that numbers on the pants. Just be healthy and the rest will fall into place.

I am a WX resident and my house is built near the refinery. I have a copy of the Redd Engineering study in my possession. Email me if you would like a copy of the report @ c3479@aol.com. All residents that live just east of the refinery NEED to read this report. Not only does the report use a methodology that is scientifically sound and accepted universally in the industry, but it is prepared by an engineering firm with an excellent reputation. These houses were built 700 feet(!) closer than the minimum distance recommended by this report! Not only are there blast zones from Silver Eagle that fall right on these houses, but many of these same houses are in the blast zone from Pioneer pipeline (also presented in the report). Every house that was damaged by this blast is right in the blast zone predicted by Redd engineering! The city council is stating that they questioned the methodology used by Redd in favor of a no-name engineering firm...well, residents, it looks like Redd was dead-on accurate here. I, for one, want answers as to how the city council threw out the Redd report in favor of the 2nd report. It's very, very fishy. I am furious about this and feel absolutely mislead. The city council has now moved into a "cover our behinds" mode because of how bad this looks. One final note...in the Redd engineering conclusions, this statement is made "If the Woods Cross City council moves forward with approval of residences being built in this blast zone, they may be liable for any damages that may result from an incident at Silver Eagle or Pioneer Pipeline." I'd be sweating bullets right now if I was the city council. The residents deserve honest answers. You can verify that every statement I have made is absolutely true by reading the report.

Great to hear this being discussed. There is a large Health at Every Size (HAES) movement happening, that supports everyone in developing good health habits rather than focusing on weight. You can show your support and get more information at the (free) Health at Every Size Community Resources (www.HAESCommunity.org). More information is also available at the HAES professional organization, Association for Size Diversity and Health (www.sizediversityandhealth.org).

I'm sure this makes the Lambert Family proud to have raised a thug. I think she should be banned from college sports entirely. I also think the referees need to take some additional training. The UNM coach could use some lessons in sportsmanshship too. I took my 11 year old off her U11 soccer team because one of her teammates played a bit like Lambert. There really is no place for this type of behavior in soccer. I am a NM resident, and I am ashamed of the UNM team and their coach. Congratlations BYU on the WIN !

I am fully behind Steve and supporting him and his family through this hard time. I know Steve very well and this all had to have been for his own self defense. Hang in there Strate family and know the Pope family is behind you

The chicken was great the second day as well. I cut it up and put it on a salad. I used a little ranch dressing and when that combined with the sauce on the chicken it was really good!

Are ya kidding me!? I love "funny" but Norm MacDonald is NOT. I felt so bad for the girls that they had to host him on the show today. This guy was a total deutsche.
