UNFORTUNATE??? I condemn the LDS Church for this display of hate and intolerance. The church should respect Separation of Church and State and refrain from such a disrespectful statement. Shame on the LDS Church for a very short , yet very hurtful statement.

I'm so appauled that with all that is going on in the world right now, the LDS Church would be so concerned with something that quite frankly is none of there business!

The person or people who did this deserve to be treated like the felons they are. I don't care if it a 12 year old kid or not; this type of disturbing behavior is not acceptable in our society. I hope the authorities catch the person who did this and they get the punishment/help they deserve or require. Bravo to the Utah state legislature for finally passing this bill, and shame on Senators Dayton, Hickman, Madsen, Greiner, Jenkins, and Stephenson as well as Representatives Donnelson, Hughes, Oda, Frank, Morley, and Tilton for voting against it.

The zone change was done for the specific intention for perserving the land for future public schools so the Jordan School District wouldn't be tempted to sell it to construct more homes that would increase the crowding at existing schools.

These are some of the most wonderful people you will ever meet. This is a horrible accident. But I hope they know they are loved and they will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Just F.Y.I. for anyone that cares. It wasn't an off duty paramedic, I am a police officer with the Department of Corrections.

i have been riding uta for 17 years and never seen such terrible service.granted things change and prices go up my goodness uta doesnt realize that certain people make less then $10,000 a year i understand that the bus drivers are only doing the best that they can its the big wigs that r reaping the rewards with their fancy cars and big houses and what have you and as 4 poolman why dont u go tell a person in a wheelchair thats paralyzed from neck down to go green and ride a bike or an elderly person thats worked hard all their life and cant see or hear all that good to go ride a bike im disabled and cannot get a drivers license be cause i do not have over 400k a year i make less then 10000 a year! back to uta.i have not been happy for a long time in the last 8 years all fares have gone up considerable. i really appreciate what vcoloroso and catmeow had stated in their blog because i agree uta really needs to learn the value of their customers we are the ones riding and without us they cannot get the funding needed 2 stay open they really need 2 listen 2 us because we really know what is going on they also need 2 start listening 2 the drivers as well.also alot of riders need 2 understand that when uta changes the whole system the drivers are learning like us even if they are wearing a uniform. and uta not every disabled or low income person has a horizon card! and whats up with the bus pass thats 145 a month 4 frontrunner shouldnt u make that buspass a yearly? or make a yearly eco pass available 4 every one and make it accessible for all bus trax express frontrunner ?

I was on a bus the other day, and a lady got on ranting and raving that she'd been waiting for over an hour for a bus. Buses pass this point at least every 30 minutes, sometimes more frequent than that. And her main point was that she was not going to pay to ride the bus. You know I see this all the time. And you wonder about fare increases? And by the way, this woman rode for 4 blocks. And yea, she didn't pay.
